You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund. This policy applies to your first purchase only.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order placed on motionlabpro.store.

Refund Process

You do not need to return the product.

A small processing fee may be deducted, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as opened consumable products.

We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

If you’re exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference will apply.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refund Timing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations
